The goal for our HACCP program is to develop a system where the safely is built in to the process of producing the food product rather than inspection of the product only after it has been prepared. It is a logical, practical, commonsense technique used to control food safely. Hazard’s worldwide in the food processing industry. Though HACCP is a preventive system for ensuring food safely, It is not a standalone system. HACCP system is built up on the Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures (SSOP). A combination of these two prerequisite Program (CGMP & SSOP) with HACCP makes us to deliver safer products to our consumer’s.
